MEDITERRANEA: Mixed salad tossed in red wine vinaigrette with artichoke hearts and olives topped with shredded Grana cheese

PANE COTTO: Escarole and bean soup baked with bread and Pecorino Romano

POLLO CON FICHI: De-boned chicken leg and thigh pan sautéed in a Marsala wine sauce prepared with figs, almonds and lemon zest served with potatoes

TORTELLI DI ZUCCA: Handmade butternut mousse filled ravioli tossed in butter and sage topped with Pecorino Romano

SALTIMBOCCA DI VITELLO: Veal scaloppini layered with smoked Pancetta, sage and cheese pan sautéed in a white wine sauce prepared with peas and served with potatoes

GNOCCHI ALLA VODKA: Handmade ricotta gnocchi tossed in a creamy tomato sauce prepared with Vodka and topped with Pecorino Romano
